We are delighted that it is actually possible to ship all our bird baths, bird feeder trees and accessories! We will do so as quickly as possible.
Bespoke FREE Packaging:
Our packaging is free of charge. We have spent a great deal of time collaborating with a local company A&A Packaging to come up with solutions to keep our artisan designs safe and secure during transport. We have considered the environmental impact and where possible we have avoided single use plastics and used recycled and recyclable solutions.
Shipping charges:
Our packaging is free but we do have to charge for shipping because this varies depending on the size of the item and where it is going. Items being shipped to the Isle of White and other English islands, the outer Isles and reaches of Scotland and Northern Ireland etc will be subject to additional charges. We will email you on receipt of your order.

UK Shipping times:
All items in stock will be packaged and ready for to be shipped within 2 days or faster if possible. You will receive an email once we have processed your order.
Items that are going to be crafted especially for you will take approximately 2-4 weeks. You will receive an email confirming the expected date of shipment and another when the item is ready for shipment or collection.
The bird baths GELDA, FLORA, TORI, WILLOW and SOPHIE and all ACCESSORIES we be sent via a 48 hour postal courier such as ParcelForce.
The larger items such as NICCI, PENELOPE and ELIZABETH will have to be put into a specific crate-box and then sent via a pallet carrier such as Cranleigh Distribution with a 48 hour service.

Live Locally?
All items are available for collection if you prefer. Simply check the “Customer Collection” button at checkout. You can arrange to collect your pieces from our workshop at Manor Farm Buildings, Manor Farm Lane, Lasham, Alton, Hampshire GU34 5SL.
If your item is a gift and you would like the recipient to receive a message please leave it in the “comments” box at check out.
European Delivery
We can deliver to any address in Europe but charges will have to be individually priced. Click “customer collection” at check out and make a note in the “comments” box at checkout. We will use the address given for delivery and provide a quotation ASAP. Prices will not include any import duties or local taxes for which the recipient is responsible.
The parcel will be tracked and require a signature at the other end.
International delivery
We can ship our bird baths and bird feeder trees to most addresses outside Europe but charges will have to be individually priced. Click “customer collection” at check out and make a note in the “comments” box at checkout. We will use the address given for delivery and provide a quotation ASAP. This price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.

Customs Charges For Overseas
Our sale prices and shipping costs do not include overseas destination customs and clearance charges, if they exist. Unfortunately, post Brexit we are unable to calculate this possible additional charge as the cost is set by the destination country. Consequently, in some instances you may have to pay a customs charge in addition to our shipping costs if being shipped internationally.
