Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you so much for shopping at ​Verdigris UK. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

How to return an item:

If you would like to return an item then please let us know by email hello@verdigris.uk.

  1. It would be great if you could do this within 14 days of purchase but if you need longer that’s fine too but please email us at hello@verdigris.uk. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging too.
  3. Please return any items using the same method that was used for delivery. Postage and shipment costs are non-refundable. We are happy to help arrange the return of the larger items so please email hello@verdigris.uk or call +44 (0)7967502852. We will deduct the cost from your refund.
  4. If you want to exchange your purchase for another item please do call +44 (0)7967502852 or email hello@verdigris.uk and we will set it aside for you.
  5. Please include in the package your name and address and your order number and let us know what you would like us to do.

We try and process refunds on the same day as we receive the return and send you  an email to confirm that we have done so.

Christmas Gifts

We understand that gifts are purchased well in advance for Christmas. For gifts purchased in advance of Christmas (any date) we will extend our Returns policy until 14th January. We will give a credit note or exchange up to and including that date.

Refunds

We try and process refunds on the same day as we receive the return and send you an email to confirm that we have done so.

On receipt of your item we will have to inspect it and then we will notify you that we have received it and the status of your refund.

When your return is approved, we will initiate an immediate refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-​refundable.

If Verdigris UK has arranged return shipment you will receive a refund with the cost of the original shipping and the return shipping deducted from your refund.

If your goods have arrived Damaged/Faulty

If you unfortunately receive your item/s in a faulty or damaged condition you also have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to return your goods within 30 days starting from the day after you receive the goods.

Return Exceptions

If the item has been used then sadly you can’t return it.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange any items – that’s no problem, just let us know what you’d like to change it for and we’ll do this with pleasure. If there is a difference to pay or refund we will organise this with you.

Paper Free

We do not enclose returns forms in with our deliveries in order to reduce the amount of paper we generate.
